    warmup/ stretch/ cool down: stretches to cool down, focused on hips and calves

    difficulty (for me, 1-5): 3
    energy(1-5): 3

    notes: looking for cues to increase difficulty or duration. Paid attention to today’s workout, and it appears that my heart rate goes above target during the last 5 min before cool down, which is the part that’s fully on the step with elevation and arms. I think that means I should stay here for a while, and probably also means i should increase duration before difficulty. But yay! I made it past the dreaded “week of enthusiasm” and still going!
