A very beginner so starting small
-Want to begin my mornings with 1 min Yoga and a minute plank.
-After work, in the evenings, want to trick my brain into thinking just need to do 10 mins of exercise and then continue so here is 10 mins Program
-Always wanted to learn a little bit of yoga so will continue my routine with this program
And that is all I need to start getting fit and lose the extra weight
