    Hi! I'm Gescyka, and I'm excited to get back into training!

    It's been quite some time, so I'm hoping that the programs will help me get back in a rhythm. I'm the kind of person who is either all in or all out, so I usually do my workouts on level 3, but cardio is proving to be a bit of a struggle.

    I'm 5'3" and around 110 pounds. I eat fairly healthy, though I work rotating shift work, so sleep schedules aren't really a thing. My current goals are centered around passing fitness tests, but as I regain my athleticism I look forward to coming up with more personal goals.

          I got my husband to work out with me today, so hopefully it will be a continual thing! That way I don't have to worry about being lonely while I work out
