    Something has to change

    I just come from 1 month without moving (heavy tonsillitis) and 6 months elbow tendinitis... I have to start doing something.

    I play disc golf and have played a lot of tenis and table tennis before. My right arm is the one doing most of the work in all of the three sports and right now with the tendinitis I feel pretty handicapped.

    I'm just 30 and working as a software developer I sit all day. I have to start exercising again. Something has to change.

    I do encourage light exercising or lower-body exercise, in consideration of your tendinitis.

        It's not A LOT of exercise but it's a start and doesn't look heavy on the elbows...
