I was hoping I never had to say this ever, especially not in the first month. But I skipped. Had some outings this Sunday, had beer at odd times, and wasn't up for it. Felt a lot guilty since the following morning, and now I am back in the saddle with continuing workouts. I have also missed updating my journal, so catching up on that too.
Don't beat yourself up about it. New habits take time to build and all of us have issues every now and then with consistency, nutrition and motivation. Just keep going
I can't think of a single Bee that doesn't skip a day here and there untintentionally. Don't beat yourself up for it, like Gandhalfit said, because chances are high that it'll happen again, if you have a stressful day or for some reason you can't control you're unable to fit in a workout. Accept it, move on, get back on track -- that's the way to do it!
