    First timer - Starting slow

Like everybody else, I was amazed to see the vast number of workouts at this site. Spent 3 days to stop giving myself excuses and started forming a routine aligning with my interest to be combat ready and a fast runner. Adding couple of monthly challenges in the mix to keep variety.

    Workouts done till today:

    25th October, 2020
    1-minute Plank 30 Day Challenge - Day 1

    26th October, 2020
    Lightining Strike - Level 1
    5.42km Indoor bike (22:08 min)
    1-minute Plank 30 Day Challenge - Day 2

    27th October, 2020
Ox - Level 1 (Increasing weights)
    7.69km Indoor bike (34:20 min)
    1-minute Plank 30 Day Challenge - Day 3

    28th October, 2020
    Lightining Strike - Level 1
    11.86km Indoor bike (43:10 min)
    1-minute Plank 30 Day Challenge - Day 4

              Daily Checkin:

              28th October, 2020
Ox - Level 1 (Increasing weights)
              9.51km Indoor bike (1:00:02)
              1-minute Plank 30 Day Challenge - Day 5
Jump Rope 30 Day Challenge - Day 1
Punches and Squats 30 Day Challenge - Day 1
              Daily Challenge EC

That was a bunch. Hopefully, I can keep this up. I couldn't give my all in cardio today. Had to take breaks in there because of some interruptions. I can definitely improve my performance there. Love the weight lifting by Ox workout. I've been eyeing the jump rope challenge for quite some time, as I know boxers build up stamina with those, and I want to follow that route. Daily challenge and PnS challenge were a breeze.
Dinner was a plate of Tandoori chicken with some rice. I think I overate. Have to increase my IF window tomorrow by 1hr. But, damn that tasted good.
All in all good workout and food day.

Thanks for the welcome everyone! Day seized!

                Daily Checkin #3:

                1-minute Plank 30 Day Challenge - Day 6
Jump Rope 30 Day Challenge - Day 2
Punches and Squats 30 Day Challenge - Day 2
                Daily Challenge

Really wanted an EC on todays challenge, but can't get past the 40 second limit. I'll have to loose my fat for a proper mountain climber minute. Also need to add fiber. Have zero fiber in my diet. Almost. Not a great day for workout. No indoor biking today, as it was occupied by another family member, and I wanted to take it a little light for a Friday. Just a ¯\(°_o)/¯, day.

Missed Daily Dare. Honestly forgot about it. Anyways, Happy Halloween fellas! I'm not a participator in this festival but very happy to watch the streets filled with cosplayers. Especially, since I don't think the pandemic will ever end and there won't be a Comic-con ever. :sigh: Infinity & Beyond!

                        And for today's checkin:

                        1-minute Plank 30 Day Challenge - Day 10
Jump Rope 30 Day Challenge - Day 6
Punches and Squats 30 Day Challenge - Day 6
                        Cardio Trim - Day 1 (Level 3 - Whoooo!)
Ox - Level 1 (Increasing weights)
                        Lightining Strike - Level 2

Here's to crushing it! Me crushing this workout and the politics sessions crushing everyone else! Wasn't feeling up to working out today, and then adding another workout was just the new motivation I needed. That's why I'm so impressed with Darebee. So much variation, that I can never get bored.

So, a bit of complication for yesterday. I couldn't do most of the workouts due to a 4hr power cut. When power did come back, it was family dinner time (can't mess with that). So I had to complete everything which was assigned for yesterday as soon as I woke up today. I won't be skipping on today's workouts either. So it's kind of an anti-cheat day for me. A penalty day, if you will.

                          1-minute Plank 30 Day Challenge - Day 11
Jump Rope 30 Day Challenge - Day 7
Punches and Squats 30 Day Challenge - Day 7
                          Cardio Trim - Day 2 (Level 1)

Also, I do not like the "to failure" directive. I like set number of reps. I made my own for today's Cardio trim, so I hope that's okay.

I feel you on the matter of the "to failure" - this is something which always goes wrong in the end. I like specified numbers of reps better. And they are even better adaptable (more or less) - or just add a set more - I personally find that your way is totally ok - that´s the darebee way - you do what you choose, and what you choose matters - keep up your awesome work.

                              Winner Winner Check-in Dinner:

                              1-minute Plank 30 Day Challenge - Day 12
Jump Rope 30 Day Challenge - Day 8
Punches and Squats 30 Day Challenge - Day 8
                              Cardio Trim - Day 3 (Level 1)

Getting better at jump ropes. Figured out that keeping legs bent is key to not get shot by the feet arch pain. Now 2-min skipping is no problem, and this is really a small time achievement since I could hardly do 1 min before.
