Two years after joining Darebee, I can finally proudly report that I have finished my first-ever Darebee program: Vitality! It took me several months (I wasn't able to complete it every day), but I stuck with it until I reached and completed day 30. Most importantly, I did not spontaneously abandon it when more enticing programs were released (lookin' at you, spellbound).
I will mention that I did the entire program on Level 3, and added two pound weights to all of the arm days to add an extra dose of challenge.
My next quests are: Baseline and Square One.
Any suggestions on how to properly celebrate? What do you do to celebrate reaching fitness goals or Darebee achievements?
I'm thinking chocolate, but what I really want is an "I WON DAREBEE" party...
