    Borderlands Badass.

    Day 1: 17.10.2020.

    Workout: Express Workout. (Complete).
    Challenge: Knee Push-ups Day 2 (completed day 1 yesterday). (Complete).
    Daily Dare: 50 Front Kicks. (Complete).

    For my 1st day, I struggled with my speed in doing reps, so as a beginner, I will need to start slow and easy. I weigh 61 kilos and I'm 180cm tall. No muscles, no strength, no flexibility, no proper nutrition, so I really would appreciate anybody holding me accountable if I fail. Hope all of you are kicking ass and staying strong!

              Guys, I'm feeling the pain, it's almost euphoric. Jokes aside, I really tried doing my best. I hear crunches are bad for your spine, dunno if that is true or not. Hope you're all kicking ass and feeling good!

                    Workout: Story Mode (3 sets) (Complete).
                    Challenge: Knee push-up Day 4 (Complete).
                    Daily Dare: 100 Squat hold punches (Complete).

                    Not gonna lie, I feel fatigued, but I've also gained some strength! I can finally do proper push-ups. Small steps, huge accomplishments. Tomorrow is rest day, gotta recover and let my muscles bloat.
