Did some of the totals during the day and then forgot about it til 12.30 am so yeah.... But got motivated and did some more stuff and I decided to add the challenge of the month Level Up!
- Totals Day 11
- DD - Level Up! Day 1 (did it without jumping since apartment and late at night. Will probably continue this since I don't want to bother my downstairs neighbors too much)
My hand suddenly hurt really bad when I was at number 15 of the burpees of totals so I switched them out for a bit of punches and stuff still counting today though xD
Today I went swimming again and after that I forgot that I hadn't done totals yet so I just did the rest I had open and my legs are already sore. I'm glad I don't have to walk my stairs tomorrow xD
- Totals Day 9
- 30-45 min swim ( not sure, talked way to much with the person I was there with xD)
Man doing ab exercises after that workout yesterday, my abs hurt xD
-Totals Day 8 (officially in week 2!)
- 30 min Walk with a few dead hangs
- Scythe Workout (without the push ups though. can't even do a single normal one so I added some push ups on my windowsill)
- DD (2)
No soreness today, but I will probably be sore tomorrow again from those damned lunges xD
Today was a meh day. Didn't feel like doing anything today and remembered at about 10 pm that I hadn't started on the totals yet. So I only did totals day 5 today in kinda a workout fashion so I'm counting it as a workout xD
Went jogging today. Well it was supposed to be jogging. The route i found online sad it was easy so i gave it a shot... well... after 5 min it just went uphill til the half point from which it went stright for a bit and then went downhill... so that changed from a jog to a walk real quick xD nevertheless it had me really sweaty in the end.
Legs are still a little sore from the first day but that should be gone just in time for the next set of lunges .-.
Man those lunges killed me yesterday, my upper legs are sore xD But non the less i did some stuff today

- did an hour of pretty relaxed swimming (didn't want to go full out to let my legs recover since i want to go for a jog tomorrow or the day after)
