    Here is the plan I am aiming for:
    • Mon --- rest day
    • Tue --- bouldering or push/pull/core*
    • Wed --- running
    • Thu --- push/pull/core*
    • Fri --- Pistol Squat
    • Sat/Sun
      • push/pull/core*
      • running

    bike: using the bike as much as possible
    running: ~15-20km per week
    yoga: when possible

              DorothyMH I'll give it a go for August to see how it works... the good thing is, I can even "skip" the "pistol" and go running instead, without changing the entire plan...
