        [Fri] May 20th
        [walking] I went on a two day field trip with my colleagues. We did
        a guided city tour. I afterwards we walked up the hill to out residence,
        an ancient monastery, where we had a seminar. In the evening
        we went to town by foot to have a few drinks.

        [running] in the morning… a beautiful run through an ancient city on a sunny day… I overslept by an hour… so I had to skip the warmup and cooldown walk.
