              The weekend was a disappointment. I had eaten more than I should; mainly sweets, but organic ones 🙄

                            16/8 IF Monday to Friday helped me hit 78.2kg again. We are having a long weekend, I hope I don’t mess up like the previous weekends. I will cheat, but reasonably this time.
