                    Did you do it yourself? Or did you let a professional do it? Because it can be a bit prone to user error, since it is crucial where exactly and how deeply exactly you grab the fold.

                    I'm not saying that to discourage you, but rather to preempt confusing future measurements from disheartening you.

                                I love weekends more than ever! However, I have to watch my food very well, because I can feel a difference so I don’t want to knock down what I have built during the week. Anyway, my body deserves to be spoiled for two days
