    Not Bad Music Factory

    One year has passed, in the blink of an eye. One year has made me a better person, emotionally and physically; from an inactive man to an active one.

    I have lost at least 13kg, I have become aware of what to eat and what to avoid. I was able to achieve many goals that I have never dreamed I would ever achieve them. I made the impossible possible.

    DAREBEE, team and members, thank you so much for your endless support. Without you, I would never become what I am now. ❤️❤️❤️

    It’s only the beginning: the journey has just begun.

    Key achievements:

    - 10k run
    - 10 pull-ups
    - 25 push-ups
    - L-Sit hold
    - Frog pose hold (need to work on it)
    - No sugar rush anymore!

    Goals:

    - Half marathon
    - Calisthenics moves
    - Quit smoking 😓

                  Many thanks kandy! Quit Smoking isn’t easy, especially when it becomes a habit. However, I have to try. 😊

                    I ate like a pig today, therefore I had to skip evening’s workout 😓 I’ll do it tomorrow instead.

                      I ate “keto” chocolate waffle yesterday; today, home-made banana cake with dark chocolate chips 😓 so I kissed away the 24 days without sugar challenge.

                      I am not pleased with my performance this week. I’m also eating more than what I should. I have a problem controlling my food intake and portions. I’m worse than Cookie Monster to be honest 😂

                      I don’t know what to do to reduce my daily food intake. I’ve been doing really good the past few months, however, everything has changed, in fact messed up, with back to school.

                        Sorry to hear that but it does happen. Maybe you are training too much and need to compensate with sugar for the lost calories or your brain just misses sugar... It happens. That's all of I'v got... and wishes of success.

                          Last weekend, I ate the last box, I felt sorry for it 😂 however, it didn’t taste as good as it used to be before. That’s an indication that I no longer crave sweets.

                          I don’t think my body is suffering to recover or in need of extra nutrition, it’s my mind that is busy due to the current situation and many other things. I try to clear my mind before exercising and just focus on getting better.

                            From tomorrow I will start intermittent fasting. I’ll try to take measurements, basic ones at least, and see how things become in a week. I have to get rid of the fat surrounding my tummy 😓
