    Monday:

    DD // 60 cross sit-ups
    Splits challenge D5


    Tuesday:

    DD // 30 sit-outs
    Splits Challenge // D6
    Workout of the day // Cheeky Monkey

    and my quick inner leg routine:
    50 inverted side leg raises + 25 mini pulses
    25 inverted side leg rotations forward and then back
    repeat for other leg​​​​​​​
    ​​​​​​

    Today:

    DD // 30 core twists Splits challenge // D7
    Workout of the day // Loki

    All this week I packed boxes, moved, unpacked and installed the new place, sprinkling in 50 squats or lunges here and there. Not your traditional workout, but sore all the same.

    And now back to working out outside

    Danced alone at home all by myself and it was sublime // 20m
