            Danced alone at home all by myself and it was sublime // 20m

                  Back to training in full sun, 35 degree heat and loving it. So grateful for the summer months

                        All this week I packed boxes, moved, unpacked and installed the new place, sprinkling in 50 squats or lunges here and there. Not your traditional workout, but sore all the same.

                        And now back to working out outside

                            and my quick inner leg routine:
                            50 inverted side leg raises + 25 mini pulses
                            25 inverted side leg rotations forward and then back
                            repeat for other leg​​​​​​​
