        Thank you for the positive vibes everyone! Elbow is still a bit wonky- tried some knee pushups yesterday and that was no go. I've been keeping on with resistance band chest presses to substitute. and its working well- been playing around with the hand positions and angles of the presses.

        Also been practicing light suitcase deadlifts with kettlebell- trying to get the form down in some semblance of order- think my feet are too far apart.

            I went through and reorganized my 6 month plan- I had my primary programs being workouts I'd already completed and the new programs being the lighter, supplement programs. So i punted out Square 1 to finish later and totally dropped Spartan Trials. (at day 20, lol...ah well.)

            Warmup

            Foundation Day 1 Level 3- step jacks, side jacks, leg raises, knee to elbows

            Main

            One Minute HIIT Day 1 Level 3- High knees, knee to elbow, single leg hops

            Cool Down

            Back and Core Workout

            Supplement

            Easy Abs Day 1

            KB and Bodyweight work- (3 rounds x 5 slow reps)- BW Deadlift, KB Press, KB Goblet Squat

            Notes

            Elbow is still wonky- pushups a no go. Resistance Band Chest Presses are still working fine, and KB Presses seems Ok.

            Only the first day but Foundations and One Minute HIIT seem to compliment each other- good first workout.

                    Used a lighter Kettlebell for the presses- and did the movement in the bottoms up position- makes a big difference I found- able to start almost in the KB Rack position.

                          The first 4 days of Foundation and 1 Minute HIIT seemed a little light, so slotted Spartan Trials back into Main, and moved 1 Minute HIIT to Cool Down. Seemed to work well, feeling good.

                          Thought I'd test my elbow in Spartan Trials as it was feeling better but NOPE. Second round I felt/ heard a little crunch and a bit of pain but nothing major- so even if it starts to feel better I'm not going to do any pushups or plank shoulder taps for the rest of this block. No rush- need to heal properly.

                            Sorry about your elbow, maybe you can keep modifying the exercises to help make it better.
