100 days last week. A really significant milestone for me. After my transplant I felt so good that I wanted to run a 100 miles. It took my body a bit longer than expected to recover, but the desire never faltered. Now I'm getting up, riding 30km and doing two Darebees a day. Thank you Darebee for being there for me.

Really enjoying TEN. After Foundation and Zero, it's definitely a gear higher. But the training effect is so much better, getting anaerobic effect too πŸ‘. Can't wait for tomorrow. Darebee, what have you done to me?

Started the TEN program today. A small step up from the past three programs, where three sets sometimes only take two or three minutes.

  • Saved by Darebee, or a liver transplantee's journey on life 2.0

Today I did Day 24 of the Foundation program. I discovered Darebee back in June, started with the Foundation Light Program on the 15th of June and have been hooked ever since. I'm so glad I stumbled across this fantastic resource. It has given me access to a world of exercise that I can do at my level, not at someone else's idea of what that level should be.
I'm on life 2.0, which started the day I received a donor liver on the 31 July 2018. That's the first time my life was saved. I can now safely say that the day I discovered Darebee was the second.
I look forward to continuing the journey and would like to thank the volunteers, the sponsors (I make my monthly contribution gladly) and the community for making Darebee possible. Please keep up the great work.
