    Daily Workout ‘Level Up’ Level 1, 3 Sets ✅
    Daily Dare with EC ✅
    Slowly transitioning from a diet of crisps, chocolate and soda to salads, fruits and water. Pairing these workouts with cold showers and (I think?) my skins clearing up? I wouldn’t count on it because I haven’t had completely clear skin in about two years... Regardless, it’s going well.

        Just got into the hotel room an hour ago! Had to change and get this done ASAP because if I took my time I would’ve ended up sleeping. Currently on holiday so times on getting back and things like that are uncertain, thought I’d have enough time to get back and finish before the day ended but clearly not haha. I started just before midnight so hopefully it still counts. Looking forward to tomorrow, double digits of workout days.

                Woke up feeling like death today and the feeling persisted throughout the workout. Worst bellyache in the history of the universe. Powered through and finished up though. Felt like going easy and sticking with 3 sets because of the pain but... I just kept going? I guess? Have you ever powered through a painful workout?
