I managed this morning too, yesterday was pretty bad though. I woke up so late I was half an hour late for work..,
Just finished Last Life, no breaks between sets and high knees instead of jumping jacks because knees.
Then it was 3 sets of 10 knuckle pushups, 10 slow straight kicks and a dead hang to the count of 20.
What a night. I fell asleep right after work, woke up at 11pm, took care of Chelsea's stuff. went back to sleep, woke up again at about 3am, fell asleep again and then woke up 15 minutes before the alarm clock.
