The last three days were icky, weather wise as well as not very good in general. There are clouds and haze and a tiny bit of rain but it's hot.
I did manage to workout yesterday morning :
            Warm up
            Power grip day 14
            1 minute HIIT day 4
            20 push ups, 20 sit-ups and 20 Spiderman planks (I think that's what they're called).
Then I spent an hour and a half on the bus (to get to a place that is about 40 minutes drive away) and most of the day standing up. My feet were killing me by the time I got home. Since it's election day (again) we have the day off so I got to dizengoff center after work in the hopes to finally get The Player's Handbook from a very specific, totally awesome shop
            Mamoota
. I know I can buy it online for less but I rather buy it from them. They ran out, I made a reservation for the next time they'll order a few copies. In the mean time I figured, I came all this way, I don't have work tomorrow and everything hurts, I have to get something. So I did

Then the buses were too full and I walked about 1k to get to one that was better so working out is properly covered. Fell asleep when I got home (after taking care of Chelsea's stuff), woke up at 5am and so the workout for today:
            Power grip day 15
            Warm up + Mobility
Power up day 12 but I didn't hold the side planks because knees
1 min HIIT day 5 L1 because I didn't want to turn it into another power up day and because I planned to do the wod
WOD Less is More L1. After the 1st set I thought "this is isn't so bad", after the 2nd it was clear that this is indeed a level 4 workout, after the 3rd set I was totally done. I still went on to do
            Katana warmup
            and a few num-chuks drills.

            Have a Beautiful Day.

ID:	776841this last one is from the bus. It went through Bnei Brak and I'm mentioning it because it's an all ultra-orthodox town but still part of the Gush Dan block and even just driving through gave me a culture shock. It's like someone took the 1980's and fused then with the 16th century. Those "cages up in the alley are extensions of rooms and balconies. The place looks very poor but really not grim except for the synagogues which look very rich from the outside. I took way more pictures and I have to say that it does have a modern business district, right next to Tel Aviv but the residential area was surprising to look at.

Good recovery vibes for Chelsea, Ganhalfit?

Thank you for the pictures. May I ask what the sports stadium is?

Sure Colin it's Vinter Stadium so winter but the W is Yiddish or German or whatever so pronounced with a V

Thank you! Like a lot of football fans I'm a bit obsessive about grounds and sort of like to have a team I like in any country I know has a league - how silly! - so maybe I'll look out for Hakoah Amidar Ramat Gan F.C. in Israel!

Funny, I can see your comment Colin from your activities but not from this thread. Anyway, Amidar is the company sponsoring them. For some reason it has become common to add the name of the sponsors right in the middle of the teams name. It's actually HaKoach Ramat Gan. koach means force or power and it's also an accronyme for something but I can't find it... I think you would prefer HaPoel Katamon from my knowing you over here. Poel meaning Laborer. Katamon is the neighborhood in Jerusalem where the club was based. It's owned by the fans so , no sponsors.

Yes, I’ve never been to Israel, but I have traveled a ton, world wide. During 2020, of course, not at all; and your pictures are an added substitute (among the ones from our other DareBees) that allow my arm chair travels to continue! So, thank you!

I haven't thought of it that way, okay good to know

                                I added Easy Daily Workout
                                and Purgatory on level 1
I thought at first to add another Power up day after I'll return from the ballot by I think that would be pushing it too far. Honestly if I hadn't run out of toothpaste I wouldn't have bothered getting out of the house to vote. I'm tired of being outside and I'm tired of elections. Anyway, here I go.
                                Bye for now.
