I think I had a bad reaction to mom's tofu and zucchini pie after she changed one of the ingredients. I was in some pain last night, then I couldn't sleep now I'm too tired. I'll have to wait until tomorrow to continue Athena's Playbook... supposing nothing else bad would happen.

Hey, whatever's your best at the moment is good enough. Don't forget that, I understand the feeling though. (:

Up until now I have completed Athena's Playbook days 15, 18,19, 20 and 21. All at the minimum level but it is progressing.

    AP day 16 L1.
Mid week, no energy. Only two-days left for the weekend.

I tried Morning Exercise years ago...running and step aerobics. I finally stopped when I kept ignoring the earlier alarm which would also wake Scott up.

I skipped ahead and did day 17 of AP. That involved a lot of modifications and longer breaks but, knees...

I'll go back and do the previous days in the evenings ahead

I decided to get to work earlier so there's less of a chance I'll need to catch up into the night. I am not a morning exercise person.

Everything is potentially a cat toy. Even more if it is easily knockable to the ground and slide-able under furniture so once can come meow lamentably at one's hoooman.

    Great ideas, thanks.
To reveale something about myself: those things, in my hands, would get underneath furniture, end up as cat toys and generally speaking creat even more mess.

Labels - sticky or paper. Whyteboard magnets with or without labels. Coloured paper clips. Am I revealing too much about myself?
