For some reason I didn't go to sleep last night until 4 am. I just didn't feel like it, though I was tired and jittery. I got up at noon, went to lunch at my parents, my sister was there with her boyfriend - he seems really nice and dissent so that went even better than usual so I guess it helped me restart exercising. I went back with the challenges to day 11 and redid day 1 of 1 minute HIIT. Power up I plan to repeat days and have done so already so I just went ahead with day 9 - that program is a bit torturous but I think I'm starting to like it.
