Thanks Colin Mianevem AnnieW Rissa TheLibrarian Louve rose Fremen DorothyMH NancyTree PetiteSheWolf Whirly Anek I am a lot better now but still tired, sore and jittery. I'm also coughing a bit but this a good sign. I just haven't felt this bad in years. I basically lay in bed all day, sleeping, awakening and miserable, Luckily I had your comments to calm me down. To think that people dealt with similar and much worse symptoms for days and weeks... aachhh

Thanks Colin CODawn - I hope they'll have a better experience with it. Good luck everyone.
I had sore muscles and joints until this morning but I didn't feel like going back to working out. I need to double back, on some challenges and maybe Power Up but I want to do it so that it's not boring. So far I only managed day 1 of 1 minute HIIT so I guess I'll go back onto day 2.
I don't know if it's not working out or not being on Darebee enough but, Negativity takes a stronger hold when I'm away.

Gandhalfit Glad you are feeling better. Ease back into working out and let your body recover. From having Covid I remember having to do some level ones for a bit but it got better pretty quick.

Thanks Baryl you are right of course. I should give it enough time even though it was the vaccine and not the disease itself. I remembered you said you got it, a while ago so it's pretty amazing you got back into it not so long after recovering.
Miss_Dada thank you too. The Pfizer vaccine. There was no choice in this case. They sent an ef-load of vaccines in return for massive data collection on the outcome. At least I think that was the deal... 🤷♀️
