Your country is doing so well to be able to get the vaccine out to young people like you already!

Standing is a great option for these exercises. (I substitute in standing variations of a lot of the tendon strengthening exercises with my mother, because she also has challenges with kneeling.)
Am I understanding you correctly that you attempted to do this workout in a full plank position the day before? That would also be an excellent option--although 6 minutes straight of one-legged planks is mighty hardcore!

I'm sorry for the instability with your job situation. I hope all will work out well for you.

Yeah, and way above my level

Sadly not fast enough and not with some populations and if people continue to be complacent with safety measure, the vaccines won't be efficient against mutations. Also, the antivaxxer are gaining ground because some people reacted with anaphylactic shocks.

Thank you. It's okay for now.

                  Also:

I'm addicted to their videos and this one got me to buy my very first birdwatcher field guide (for kids and beginners, very simple). ecc. I'm positing it again because it's fun. Long, but fun.

Hugs for the job, and still compared to many other country (thinking at France...)you are doing great vaccine wise. And antivaccers... I won't add stuff or I may get uncharitable.

I got back late today and after getting stuck in traffic. 2 something Km in about 45 minutes but after that the ride was pretty smooth. I told myself it doesn't matter and I should exercise when I'm back home but, I got back and Chelsea seemed in a really bad state. I think it's fear and shock from being left alone with a serious storm raging outside. Winter took a break here the last few weeks and starting last night it came back too energized. Wind speed was crazy, raining for most of the time (snow in some parts but not here), lightning, thunder, the works. She usually meows all the time and always wants to play but when I got back she just waited quietly by the door and made a few weak sounds when I gave her treats. She's still really quiet, it's scary. She's eating though so that's a good sign I guess

Eating is a good sign. When mine got scared, they wouldn't eat. That was especially bad for Whisper because was diabetic. I hope Chelsea is back to her normal self soon.

Hopefully it is just the storms making Chelsea quiet and she will be back to her normal self soon

We have our share of problem individuals here too. Which makes it doubly scary that I still have no idea when even my father might be able to get a vaccine, let alone my mother or myself. My father is 79-years-old (will be 80 next month), he is generally in poor health (has advanced Multiple Schlerosis and multiple additional health issues caused by the symptoms of the MS) and he receives home healthcare every day from PSWs who come into our home twice a day and provide personal care services to him for which he is not able to wear a mask. These PSWs have not been able to get vaccinated yet either, and they of course also provide services to multiple other clients in multiple other homes who also have not been vaccinated yet. The risk of contagion for my father (and by extension my mother--who is also 79-years-old--and myself, because we also have to provide my father with a lot of help) is high. And there is still no vaccine in sight for any of us. (Our idiotic provincial government last week announced that Ontario had met its target of vaccinating all residents of long term care homes in Ontario by the 10th of February. Which was not true! We still had two regions--including the one I live in--where many LTC residents--the most vulnerable of vulnerable people--had still not received their first shot of vaccine. Our government apparently just forgot about us.) I'm going to have to follow PetiteSheWolf 's example of keeping my fingers away from my keyboard re: the antivaxxers and those who refuse to take Covid safety precautions seriously. Because "uncharitable" is one of the milder words one could use to describe my thoughts and feelings about such individuals.

I hope Chelsea was only stressed by the storm and is back to her usual playful self by now.
