    What an exhausting day. I ordered pizza for diner because I need to do something fun. I'll skip working out today. The state I'm in I'll risk getting injured again.
    I'll eat the pizza, watch something and try to go to sleep early but not too early.

        What do you get on your pizza? I was amazed at the things that go on pizzas in Israel due to dietary restrictions. It's the only time I have ever had a tuna pizza.

        This reminds me of the difference between a piano and a fish.

              I ordered the smallest tray, about two and a half slices so I decided to try something new. Your question is spot on CaptainCanuck I got baby mozzarella with olives and then brocolli on one half and dried tomatoes on the other half. It was really good
              The place I ordered it from is not kosher so they have anchovies but I always thought this was a very strange thing to put on pizza.

              Falling asleep didn't work. I'm so tired but I can't sleep...

                Got my 1st covid vaccine today. Then I walked around town for like an hour. Haven't done that in a while. I got a strawberry, banana, lychee smoothie, a bit of shopping, plenty of walking around in yet another winter heat wave (it was actually nice because I haven't walked around outside in a long while) and took it easy with working out:


                Dead hang day 8
                Power grip day 8
                Warm up - 1 min. easy running in place followed by 20 high knees, 2 push ups, 2 sit ups, 2 back extensions. 20 high knees, 3 push ups, 3 sit ups, 3 back extensions... until 5 of everything.
                Mobility
                Power up day 7 but standing up because knees
                Glutes of steel day 8 standing up... knees
                Balance challenge day 8
                Centered

                I noticed the Ninja Workouts Collection (6) so I saved it to maybe do something in the future with it.

                            I was so tired last night I couldn't sleep. After two hours I gave up and started reading, finally fell asleep at half past 3 in the morning. Got a good 5 hours sleep so that's not horrible.
                            Will try to workout later so I won't have a two days break but idk.

                              The dice were nice to me today. They knew I didn't feel like w.o. again. I even rolled for type this time:
                              Dead hang day 9
                              Power grip day 9
                              Glutes of steel day 9
                              Power up back to day 1
                              Balance challenge day 9 - this was easier today.

                                Interesting. Your random workout method is really similar to mine (or mine is similar to yours). But I use random number generator. First from 1 to whatever pages there is, then 1 to 15 to pick a workout. I usually pick 3-5 workouts and use dice to pick one (3 d6 per workout for the final score, highest wins).
