Yeah I understand I think; anxiety held you back but also pushed you and now everything is different. Correct me if I understood you wrong. I'm glad you don't beat yourself up anymore. It is a new way of thinking and making choices. I hope you find a choice that's good for you.

Not a whole lot going on. I have an interview for a more interesting job for less pay and no phones (from customers anyway) next week.
I might get an interview for a seriously interesting and really high paying job (but probably not).
I might be buying an apartment two weeks from now (some money from my parents and the rest from the bank... for the next 30 years... if they'll allow it).
just thinking about all the above made my face breakout in the worst manner since I was 16yo.

500 punches for a chocolate chip cookie. 2500 to go.

Just punch it away! Doing combat always helps me feel more confident and strong.

Sounds like you are moving forward and do not need the anxiety to motivate you to do that.

You got this! Fingers crossed for the interview(s)!

A couple of years ago I found myself in the same situation to buy a house, it seems that life sometimes knows better than us when the time is right

My wife and I stumbled into our house, and we did not regret buying it. It is f... excitingand it almost blows your mind, cause of the mixed feelings... thats completly normal.

                      Good luck with everything...

You brought a song to my mind - Run by OneRepublic. The chorus goes:
"They tell you that the sky might fall
They'll say that you might lose it all
So I run until I hit that wall
Yeah, I learned my lesson, count my blessings
Look to the rising sun and run, run, run"
Or, by my reading of it, bad things might happen, but until they do, just run - or just go for it. You get nowhere if you just stand still.
When I bought my first house, I had almost no savings and had been working full-time for just over a year (in retrospect, I probably wouldn't recommend doing it that way!). It was scary, it was exciting, but it was oh, so free-ing! No more rental, no more housemates with weird habits, no more worrying if I could have a pet, and I could choose my own decor.
Relax. And start thinking about that more interesting job.
