After I stared at the work I have to do for tomorrow for about 8 hours (some of it was writing and deleting and getting a notebook and try planning...) I gave up. I have nothing done for tomorrow's meeting and I'm not even sure what I feel about it.
My only victory today is to advance more on my "Write Korean" app. I thought about working out but somehow just couldn't.

Yesterday's victory was dropping 600 grams of extra weight.
I hope I won't be too tired to workout today.
it's official, hummus has tryptophan in it and it definitely helped me fall asleep early. My problem is, I can fall asleep almost anytime of the day but no matter how tired I am (unless it's extreme), I'm having trouble falling asleep at night. Hummus helps with the nights I don't feel like oatmeals.

Oh wow I didn't know this about hummus and does te oatmeal have the same effect I always eat it in the morning which doesn't sound optimal

I ate oatmeals in the morning and felt really tired so I started reading about it and yes, it makes the body/brain produce melatonin.

Wow I would have never thought it was the oatmeals. I eat them in the mornings as well and pretty often, and I am also getting very sleepy during the day sometimes I should have red about that earlier. Thank you this is a very useful information

I was looking this up, and was reminded by this article in Psychology Today:

                          https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.psy...-oatmeal%3famp

That carbs at bedtime, just a tiny amount, are what is needed to cause your pancreas to release a dab of insulin which causes the conversion of tryptophan to serotonin in your brain, which is a neurotransmitter that helps you sleep. It also will cause a melatonin release, which of course will aid sleep, as well.
