    Counting Victories - I made a new, easy workout program for the coming 4 to 6 weeks and in any case it's flexible enough to change and has 2 rest days.

          30DoYoga day 7 - that was hard, could be because I haven't done lunges in a while and PF had tons of them today.

              Tonight's WO - which I didn't want to do but found out just a few hours ago that we are having a birthday party to my grandad tomorrow night so I wouldn't be able to do it then:
              Beginner HIIT only 3 sets, as warm up.
              Dead hang challenge - couldn't do it at all, weights, no weights. My forearm muscles are too sore and my palms are painful - I need more rest if I want to add weight. It's a working process.
              PAC day 4+ 0Kg
              Pathfinder chapter 10, no additional quest.
              30DoYoga day 8 - that was rewarding, I really enjoyed it.

              1 minute meditation day 12

              Counting victories day 12- I cut my own hair so that I wouldn't be able to tie it up and it looks good. Even my mom thinks so and she hates my hair.

                Nice. When I last time cut my hair on my own I completely messed up. Now I have 4 different lengths of hair, luckily I have it tied most of the time.

                        Rest day.
                        I came home early and in an hour we'll get to my grandad's party (92).
                        I finally did dead hang challenge day 4 + no weight added.
                        Counting victories -day 13. I didn't beat up or argued or agreed with an annoying, conspiracy theorist, cab driver. Instead I just said things to get him to change the subject (that worked but it was a rally short ride - 12 minutes)
                        Tomorrow's is the last day of the working week and then weekend, then Sunday at the office and then 2 more days off and then nothing for months... They really should have arranged it better

                            Counting victories day 14 - I walked to the stop and got a bus to work even though I was late again*.

                            Yesterday's party went pretty well. My Grandfather loves grill so he picked a Biker's pub for all of us to enjoy and they had enough vegan options. It's located on a junction near a gas station kind of in the middle of nowhere, but not exactly nowhere. I had salads and grilled portabella mushrooms. The mushrooms were so good.

                            *Lately I'm always late but until the end of Sukkot it's not bad because nearly everyone are on holiday and we don't need to answer the phones - time to catch up with actual work.

                              So Squid Game took up most of my night last night but I still woke up early to give the new tenant the house keys and settle the joint electric bill. I fell asleep again for most of the day...
                              A bit of good news. It was kind of cold all day and now it's even colder, the bad news is that the weather is not stable and there will be a heat wave next week.
