    Pizza can counter many negatives, in my experience. Plus you need to eat something, and pizza is easy to fit into an already full schedule. I hope you still get some time to relax and some time to enjoy yourself this weekend, on top of all the work.

      Thank Rainbow Dragon I actually got a sore neck yesterday early morning and other than lying around most didn't do much... I'll to get some things done this morning but, I don't really feel like it

          What a weekend. Neck still kind of hurts but not that bad, I had stomach aches all morning yesterday but they were gone in time for the drive to the party. The party was really nice but full of people and kids of all ages so kind of exhausting.

          My cousin's middle kid who will be 6YO next month offended his aunt - who is in her 40's and on the spectrum... She's great with little kids and grown up enough kids who understand the situation but I really hope the next 2 to three years won't be hard on her with her nieces and nephews. Yesterday there were plenty of distractions and sensitive grownups who diffused the situation...

          Then I drove us back home down the mountains, faster than usual because my mom was with my dad in the back sit (If I go faster than 50km per hour on that road with her as shotgun she clenches the handle above the window). So I was able to annoy a lot less local drivers - some of whom have sports cars and think it's okay to drive at 110 km per hour down a curvy mountain road with one lane per direction and no built separation between them

          I was so tired this morning that I took a another sick day. I know I shouldn't feel guilty about this because I was tired and sore the whole weekend but then I found out that someone else took a sick a day and that person is basically the focal point for people to ask questions and there's a new employee starting today and the only one there to help out started last month and is on a part time job so she leaves early to get her kid from pre-school.

          That was long and not a single workout mentioned.

              I know all about moms being scared in the car, although mine is starting to learn to trust me (after 10 years I have my licence).

                If you need a sick day, you need a sick day, even if the timing is not optimal. Better one sick day now and some good rest, then no rest which could lead to more sick days later.

                      I know the feeling with sick days. It sucks. Makes me feel like I let everyone down and work the next day is super painful. Hope you get to feeling better and catch up. Sometimes you just have to take a day off. The body can only do so much before you hit a wall.

                        Thanks Baryl I'm still really tired over all but I have some days off next week and after that September will be full of holidays and there might be another lock down which works just fine for me. Rest time

                          Someone just called with a complaint and, after checking it turns out he was right in theory but what he claimed sounded so farfetched that I accidentally laughed out loud... now it kind of worries me...

                            I have a bad feeling about next week. I took 3 days off in advance next week and this weekend rockets are already flying around. I planned on staying home and just take it easy but I wanted to sort a few things out. If there's a war chances are I won't be able to do much... also people might die and stuff...

                            And I have killer DOMS in my arms, around the inside of the elbowed for the last 3 days. I have been exercising, rubbing oil, taking hot showers. So far it still really hurts.

                                Take Care. I also hope your elbow / arm feels better, more soonish than later. Perhaps some stretching exericses will help you fight the pain in the long run.
