Working out in the morning isn't working for me. If my schedule will continue to be stable I could go back to wo in the evenings.
This morning backfired so bad. I woke up really early did a few things and went back to sleep... זן was an hour and a half late for work 🥴

I was going to restart tonight but I was called to a surprise going away party
to a friend of a friend. Apparently he told them he found a better job but waited until yesterday to say that it was in Eilat, the south most city in the country. It's a 5 hours drive so he'll be moving there, so they're throwing a party.

I can't believe I had that much whisky... maybe I can, I haven't in a while... that much anyway... I need to figure out a way to control myself better?!?!?
Nice party, great music, a couple 0f babies so it ended early-ish, my friend drove me back, Chelsea seems okay, we played a bit then she had enough of me 😼 I guess.
I will be back on track (and way too much work) tomorrow. Night 🌙 yall
Also, I just found out Roni Daniel died... Ammm it wouldn't have meant anything accept, he escorted all the major news events since I remember myself... Not that I agreed most of the time but, it'll be weird not having him around for the next round of rockets... Also, 1st ever taekwondo medal- for a female fighter

Wow, a lot has happened here! And yes, I agree about the uniforms. Apparently Pink (the singer) volunteered to pay the punishment fee. The fact that male players can have normal attire but women have to be in these sexist outfits is just baffling to me. Nice to see that Norway has quite a lot of support.

1. Workout of the Day: Push Squat Repeat: 2 sets throughout the day.
2. Exercise of the Day: 20 Single Leg Half Squats: In one go.
3. Reboot Day 2: Level 3, no rest.
4. Fresh Start Workout: Level 3, no rest.
5. 5-Minute Filler Workout: During the workout 60 seconds active rest of march steps.
6. Boxing: 50 knee-elbow strike combos on heavy bag.
7. YWA: Yoga For the Winter Blues
8. 4 mile walk outside, 1 hour and 14 minutes.
9. 2 minute supine twist, 1 minute on each side.
♥WotD: Mostly knee push-ups. A few wall push-ups. This one was hard for me due to the push-ups. Only 8 of my push-ups were standard.

♥Reboot: This was a little longer than the first day. I could really feel it in my arms and shoulders.
♥FS: This was fun even though there were more bicep extensions.
♥5-MF: I like side leg raises so this was fun
♥Boxing: I really missed these.
♥YWA: liked this one but downward dog didn't feel so hot on my shoulders.
Notes: Hot walk even though we went out after 6:30, My dad had a root canal and then his other tooth broke off and his bridge fell out so he has to go back. The doctor's office called today with my blood work results. Total and LDL were so he prescribed a statin. Not so fast. I am going to try to lose weight and make some lifestyle changes first.

motionaction I just read about it*, you are absolutely right in my opinion.
CODawn thank you for posting on my thread, I don't do enough myself , I really don'tI agree - don't take statins unless you absolutely have to. My dad had heart failure a few years ago so he had no choice but my mom changed her diet slightly and 7 years later she is doing so much better. Please just hang in there
