    Third consecutive month - DONE!

    Hi guys,

    Just checking out with this month's workouts.

    Iron Born
    HIIT Advance and
    Arms of Steel

    Excellent progression in performance. Steady weight, but expected that with mostly weight focused. Want to lose more fat next month. Any tips?

        Oh, I liked them!!

        I want to do them again later... I didn't do all achievements of cardio trim, and when I did gravity was level 1...I want to try to do it level 2 or 3 !!
