    Hey, I'm a 21 yo girl with 150cm height and weigh about 56-57kg. I'm currently doing Baseline Program. I'm on my way to finish the program. Today is currently my day 23. Because I'm fasting right now, I thought doing 7 repetition will be hard, so I just done 3. Wish me luck

        Today is my 24th day on baseline program. To keep you in mind, weight loss is not my primary goal.... So if you wonder if I'm not measure anything during my journey that's the answer. I'm also on my 27th day of 1 minute meditation challenge.... so far so good, even though I still can meditate for 5 minutes straight. I took the baby step because I believe slow and constant progress is the winner

            Sooo today I'm not doing baseline program, because it's overlap with my Nike Training Club program. I still break a sweat tho, don't worry. I've done 30 minutes of strength training and it burnssss

            Okay, well I think I'll just do 3 reps. My body is kinda sore, but I feel guilty if I'm taking rest....

              Today I finished 1 minute meditation challenge. On the last day, I manage meditating for 5 minute by hearing guided meditation on youtube

                    I did 1.5K Run yesterday with 7 full reps of Day 26 Baseline. Today, I just go for 4x200m sprint and 7 Full reps of Day 27 Baseline. Wish me Luck <3
