    M.E and me:A Darebee Journey

    Who am I?

I'm Ithlinne, and I'm here to remind myself that this journey I'm on is about making progress, not hating myself if I have to take care of myself and put rest before anything else.
I run a small business, I have a family and a home to take care of, plus I'm starting the second year of a degree in October.

    Why is this important?

I have Myalgic Encephalomyelitis(M.E for short) and it's often the case that doing a 'normal' workout simply isn't possible, or wise.
I often have to modify my exercise routines, but the important thing, for me, is that I do *something*.
Muscle fatigue can be instantaneous, I can feel very ill, very quickly, and 'pushing through' can be dangerous.
I have Endometriosis, and major depression/anxiety.
But I can still do *something*.

    Priorities

My health is my priority. I've always been active and love sports, and, up until 2 years ago when I had major surgery, loved being outdoors.
That all changed when I became too ill to be active, and put a ton of weight on, and began hating myself for that.

    Why am I here?

    Motivation. Pure and simple.
Even on days where I have to rest, looking back on this log, and what I've achieved up to that point will hopefully serve as a reminder to keep going.

Yesterday was a bad day, muscle fatigue/general fatigue & pain, so it was taken as a rest day.

Well, the past few days were a total nightmare. Sciatica pretty much ruined my week, so I've done nothing in terms of exercise.

Seems like it'd be too long in between days to carry on the challenges, so restarting Core Control and Foundation light tomorrow, today it's already too hot and i'll just make myself ill if I try to do anything now.
