    Had some family visit an went easy for a week. Still having some trouble with general motivation.

      Day 425 (25 Aug 2021)

      I got back on my game today and started back on the Marathon Challenge. I decided it would be easier just to start on day 10 (Where I left off) and just continue from there. I chose a good trail route and just focused on this being a recovery / reintroduction run. Looking forward to a longer run this weekend.

              I got in a long trail run today. I finally ran the bike trailer at our state park. It felt nice to get way off the main path. I'm pretty wore out now though. Time to finish my honey do list and get some sleep.
