    Ruuji's way to GREATNESS and FITNESS.

    Hello fellow HIVE members!

    I just recently decided to try to get into shape again. (I was working out at a gym in 2019 but a certain situation made it harder to follow my schedules.)


    Regardless, I'm not a very fit person anymore, so from now on I want to give Darebee a try on a daily basis.

    I will start out with the 30 day Baseline workout ( +extra when I'm still able to ) and try my best at following the modern hero meal plan as much as I can.


    DAY 1:

    - Some light stretches and warmup.

    - Baseline 1 (5 sets - Level 2 / 30-second breaks)

    - Daily DB workout (1 set... I was already exhausted from the Baseline )

              DAY 2:

              - Workout of the Day (Yoga - Wasn't able to do step 5 that well...)

              - Baseline Day 2 (Level 2)

              - Daily Dare (60-second squad) This one messed me up good, only got to 40 seconds before I collapsed on the floor backward.

                I tried cooking the mushroom burger recipe from here, it kinda went south but it was still edible xx
