So today I started the next program. There's so many programs available (and some new exciting ones to come), so it's always difficult to chooseBut I always enjoy looking through them all, trying to plan ahead, when I will do that program
I settled for the Cardio Go! program - both because I thought it looked very nice, especially combined with running a few days a week, and also because it fitted perfectly within the plan my overly systematic brain has made, moving slowly upwards from lvl 1 to lvl 5 programmes
Never the less, I have looked forward to get going, and day 1 was no disappointment
