      So a lot of days have passed - hope everyone had a merry christmas and a happy new year
      I've managed to stay active every day throughout this period, even if some days was "only" a walk in the evening

      The last month I have done:
      appr. 11,5 h of karate practice
      TEN day 27-30
      Zero Hero day 13-16
      Reboot day 1-14
      30 days of (more) yoga day 1-24

            The yoga program was awesome, and I really enjoyed finishing my workouts with a nice, soft stretch Now I will focus on finishing the Zero Hero program (which has been a bot on stand by lately), and perhaps add on the Core Control program
