            So today was the first day, since corona (and perhaps even before), that I participated in the Sunday kihon-practice.
            This class is for everyone, but it is probably the most challenging class, cardio-wise. It consist of the kihon-program for the dan-gradings - 50 counts of every basic karate-technique in our system, I think it's around 40-45 different techniques I was truly anxious before I wen't as know it would be tough - but I survived and managed to do every single technique (a part from the ten last backwards roundhouse kicks (aka ushiro mawashi geri)) So definitely not as bad as expected, and I enjoyed myself a lot. It was very nice to be reminded, how awesome a class it actually is

                  HellYeah I enjoyed 60 Days of Cardio a lot, but with that said, after approx. 60 days, it will be nice to move on, to the next program

                    So today I started the next program. There's so many programs available (and some new exciting ones to come), so it's always difficult to choose But I always enjoy looking through them all, trying to plan ahead, when I will do that program I settled for the Cardio Go! program - both because I thought it looked very nice, especially combined with running a few days a week, and also because it fitted perfectly within the plan my overly systematic brain has made, moving slowly upwards from lvl 1 to lvl 5 programmes Never the less, I have looked forward to get going, and day 1 was no disappointment
