    So today we went looking for Captain Nalle. It was a great walk around Copenhagen, where we besides the giant troll found a lot of nice, "untouched", spots. We had a nice lunchbreak, with the view over Oresund It was a really great day, and most certainly something, I would like to do again sometime

              Usually in the summer, I would have karate-practice on Tuesdays, but this Tuesday, I was invited on a trip to one of Denmarks small islands, so I couldn't attend my usual class.
              Determined on keeping my workout streak (admitted - the last couple of days has been quite busy, with less time for exercise), I woke up a bit earlier in the morning, to do the 60 Days of Cardio program

                      Thanks Mika Those badges have been earned, the only way I do anything - slow and steady But I'm sure, you will be there in no time, the most important part is just to enjoy it

                              Today I won't be able to attend my usual Tuesday-karate class, because old friends stop by in the evening. I am looking very much forward to see them, as it has been a couple of years now, since the last time Instead I did a short workout (which I guess has been my standard last week or so) , but I have kept my streak, and I guess that's what counts in the end. Still I can't wait to attend the next karate class on Thursday instead

                                Today has been a good day - I've been working on my research, found time for exercise in the late morning, and done some chores as well - and it still only afternoon
                                Exercise-wise, I liked todays challenges. But oh god, those push-up-planks are killing me every single time But to be honest, it felt good feeling my triceps burn, and actually being able to stay there, for the full 5x25 sec 60 Days of Cardio was great to - I just love jumping around, so todays exercises was just perfect
