    Over the weekend I did a lot of walking and won a new Garmin badge: Fortnight 150K (take 150,000 steps in 2 weeks).

    This morning I did farmer's walks with 20 lbs in each hand for 2 minutes, Baseline Day 29 (almost done!), and walked 2 fast miles. My legs are tired, but I'm feeling good.

    This morning was my 5K day. I walked 3.3 miles. Since yesterday, I've taken almost 22,000 steps and it's only 8:30 am. Onward!

    Welcome Ceejaytee and good luck with your quest. You will find many people here in the Hive in similar predicaments as you. Go slow but persist and you will conquer. There is plenty of moral support here.
