              July 6:

              It was my first day back in my office and the lowest number of total steps I've walked in almost 2 weeks. I have to remember to get up and work and walk around.

                        Belated welcome to The Hive and congrats on your first Daily Dare and your 15 days. Yesterday's daily dare was two minutes of elbow clicks which made me feel nostalgic, because that was my first one back in November!

                          I took a break from posting, but not working out. I had training this week at work and I've been busy. I haven't done Foundation Light for a week or so, but I've been doing long walks and some of the WODs and Daily Dares. I've worked out every day and I've averaged almost 12,000 steps a day, walked 19 miles, and taken 77,911 steps. Now that training is over, I want to get back to Foundation Light and do a few more challenges (I've got about 800 more steps to do to finish Day 21 of the Walkabout Challenge). Thanks for liking and commenting on my thread. You're all very motivating!

                            July 24:
                            Finished Day 27 of the 30 Day Walkabout Challenge
                            Walked 3.3 miles this morning
                            Days 9 and 10 of Foundation Light completed.
                            Garmin is down so hopefully my 4.10 mile walk yesterday (and over 16,000 steps) got saved somewhere. Ah well, saved or not, I did them.

                            I didn't do a Darebee workout for several days, although I have walked 3 or more miles every day. I set an alarm to do a workout in the afternoons to take a break from work and that went really well today.

                              I don't know what kind of Garmin device you are using for your tracking, but my workouts are saved locally on my Forerunner. I use also Strava besides the Garmin app, so I plugged my Forerunner in my laptop and uploaded the .fit file to Strava. Gave me at least my Strava stats. I hope Garmin is going to be back soon...
