    - Glutes of Steel challenge
    - Touch Your Toes challenge
    ****Didn’t do my big workouts today. Had insomnia and just took a day off. Did my challenges to keep my streak alive! Will double up tomorrow.


    Nutrition: cheat day!


    Motivation/Gratitude: Bought a lot of new kitten supplies! Excited!

      Motivation/Gratitude: Halfway done building a cardboard cat tree! Also halfway done taking care of my table. was in a project-oriented mindset today.

            Motivation/Gratitude: Back on it! But I lost my workout streak with all the craziness yesterday. Proud of myself for getting up to go workout. Got a new 13-week old kitten yesterday. It’s definitely a learning opportunity; wish me luck!

                I have no advice to give to you, but my boyfriend's thinking about getting a kitten too, so I'll be looking forward to your experience.
