    - Touch Your Toes challenge
    Running:
    - 4 miles


    Nutrition: was technically under calories but it was mainly fast food


    Motivation/Gratitude: Fun time hanging out with my friend, my best friend FaceTimed me, and my creative juices were flowing with some projects!

    Nihopaloa going to do Glutes of Steel and Touch Your Toes! The Back & Core program is giving me a surprising challenge too. It’s tougher than it looks.

      Motivation/Gratitude: Overdid it working on some lesson planning today but grateful that I recognized I was chasing. Less is more!

      Need to find a routine for working out. Right now, it is all over the place. Been kind of bummed about our world situation right now. It’s exhausting sometimes. It feels like it’s cloudy all the time, and everyone is operating in slow motion.

      Any thoughts on adding some life and fire into the day?

              Nutrition: I technically was under my calorie count after the marathon, but it's a gray area LOL


              Motivation/Gratitude: I retried the half marathon and made it! It felt good to accomplish that goal. I don't know if I'll go for the full, but I didn't want to leave that goal hanging, especially since I was so close. Hope your Monday was a good one!
