    pushups? I though I'd try a count down from 10 in pushups and see how it goes doing that for a while and eventually think about working it back up to 10 after done throughout the day

    I am looking around and applying but I'm burnt out tbh, maybe I just need a break from work or something but it's hard, at the moment I'm struggling with basic things, like getting the washing up done, or getting the clothes in the washing machine in the morning before work...
    If I left I wouldn't be just lazing around all day, I'd probably be spending it trying to get other things in my life in order and try to figure out ways to keep things manageable for myself. Right now there's dishes that need cleaning and the fridge... and the living room... and my bedroom and bathroom (basically everywhere to be honest) though I also know that's wishful thinking about productivity. I'd need to get myself out the house a bit, and hopefully get my shit together.
    My partner was saying if I quit they wouldn't mind paying more towards bills while I figure something out, which I feel bad that they'd have to consider that at all, but honestly I feel like that place is going to kill me.
    I didn't consider my partner's money or income when I was figuring out how long I can afford to be jobless for, because I don't want to have to rely on them paying the majority of stuff when they're in education at the moment.

    I've printed off 2 versions of my resignation, one has 3 weeks notice and the other is with immediate effect. I'll give yself a week to think a bit more about it though. The manager I have an issue with will be gone before the end of my 3-week notice period so I'm not sure what to do tbh

    If I quit I wouldn't be entitled to income support from the gov, which fucking sucks, so I'd probably be able to last about 12 months on my savings if I cut out my luxuries..., but I'd run my savings down to near nothing...
    ugh I feel stuck

    basecamp thinly veiled work-related blackmail because I brought up that she makes me anxious is just not something I can deal with tbh Doesn't help that there was a manager above her position witnessing it who didn't say a thing. Her also saying blatant lies in attempt to get me sacked....
    I've already tried finding a solution for me to keep working honestly the managers who actually run the store are great but lets be honest, are they going to believe me or the manager who's in charge of hiring people.
    I'd rather eat just beans and rice and be on benefits for the rest of my life than go back at this point

    I feel like garbage and all I want to do is curl up in a ball and die, I can't go back to work I can't do it anymore I really really can't cope with it anymore I'm supposed to start work in 20 mins but I wont be going in... I can't. honestly I can't do it.

    Last night at work was horrible i fuking hate that place I think i'd rather kms than go back at this point, honestly I can't fucking cope anymore I can't do it that manager is so fucking vile her behaviour is fucking sickening
    I ended up not being able to eat anything on my break because I was too stressed out, and when I had a drink from the drinks machine I ended up throwing up

    I might try to get some more done throughout the day to get up to 60 total
    i'm thinking of trying the 100 pushups a day in may challenge for a charity campaign, but i'm not 100% sure i'll do it yet, i think if i can do 100 pushups on a good day, this week then i might shoot for it, 100 sounds pretty hard to do though.

    i noticed that there's been a fair few campaigns like that starting for may atm, it seems too convenient to be coincidental lol, but that's great and just in time for the outdoors to be basically open again

    2-Min Warm Up

    Cardio/Casual/rRest
    Starting Point level 1
    just something to make sure I move today, though it didn't feel like it really touched my heart rate much, but almost acted like an extra warm up for the pushups

    50 Pushups day 20
    failed to get to 26, only got to 10 on the first set
    10/10/10 /10/10
    I think I've somehow gotten worse at pushups
    I know it'll be the fatigue of upper body workout days building up but it's still bothering me a bit

    the most I could do today was 10., but I was able to consistently do 10 in a row, which tells me it's not the max I can do if I was to be fully rested.
    I think I'll have a 2-3 days rest from the pushup challenge and retry the daily pushups will full pushups and only having knee pushups when I'm struggling
    I know I could be more flexible with the 50-Pushups but idk it feels like cheating for me to change part way though (even though I wouldn't for anyone else?)
    I'll take a few days rest and either re-start this challenge or the previous challenge. IT might just be a bit too difficult for me right now with me using weights on my upperbody days

    Modified to fit what I was able to, up to the recommended reps (30-50s rests between too)
    BC:
    set1 -8 each side
    set 2- 8 each side
    set 3- 5 each side
    set 4- 5 each side
    BOR:
    set 1: 10
    set 2: 10
    set 3: 10
    set 4: 10
    Hopefully next week if I re-try it I'll do a little better

    50 Push Ups Challenge, day 18
    Yeah i think I have to quite this for now and try to get them done throughout the day instead, but I think I'll still keep trying to get that first set through the month.
    Maybe with the other upperbody days this challenge is a bit too much t layer on, so I'll try not to be too mad about it, but at least I gave it a right good go and got at least halfway through.
    Going to try to get 50pushups (any variety) through the day just to keep the habit of attempting going

    basecamp I think it'll be fine I think it helps that I've had tendon pains before so I know how to look after it a bit better.
