        Pushups - I failed on the last rep on the last set, rip
        Toes -
        Squat - taken the challenge out for the rest of this month, it's too many challenges I think I need to take it down a bit if I'm going to keep going with daily exercise might try 50 squats throughout the day for the rest of the month after today, squats are just a bit much for me today
        Abs - in theory such an easy challenge with being able to split it into as many sets as I want, but it's still hard to do it all in quick time
        Vitality - donee
        This is too many days missed for workouts now, I think the challenges are throwing me off, my ribs on the right hurt

        My ankle is doing much better now which is good, maybe the couple of days off helped because all the swelling has gone down from all over my foot and ankle to just slight swelling to the left side of my ankle

                Thursday and Friday I was so mentally exhausted, I just couldn't do it, if I could have I would have spent the entire 2 days in bed

                Vitality tbh I don't have enough energy today I'm skipping this, but I'll try and do 100 calve raises throughout the day and stretches on my break at work. Hopefully it gives me a boost for the rest of my shift after my break

                  I'm feeling pretty garbage recently, but I atleast did a warmup which helps wake me up a little..

                      Did alt Bicep curls from Back & Biceps, but didn't finish the whole thing, I've been so mentally exhausted recently, I just can't bring myself to do anything, doesn't help when you get a manager coming at you because you're depressed(????)
                      getting schedules 35hrs (then staying over every shift) is just called having a full time job and it's not possible to be overworked, when you've taken no holiday leave and you've been getting battered at work every goddamn day because of the damn "Eat out to Help out" BS...
                      I need some time at home it's getting to the point that I feel physically sick...

                        I'm going to re-try the Pushups and Abs challenges in September, for now I'm going to keep going with them until the Aug 30th, I'll keep going with the Toe reach one until then too, but I think I'm going to skip Vitality for the rest of this month in favour of doing actual workouts suitable for me instead of just making myself feel tired, I want muscle growth and when I finish Vitality and all the other challenges I'm too tired to continue with the exercises I want to do, so for the sake of pushing myself for what my goals are I'm going to swap Vitality with other workouts.
                        I'm debating if I want to follow a program or a generic training plan for next month, following the programs doesn't require thinking about it too much, but idk I feel like I need to go with the easier ones or I'll fail which I think isn't good for me to reach any of my goals, I feel like my progress has slowed down a lot recently, but part of that will be skipping workouts from being mentally exhausted...
                        I feel like I haven't had any Me time in a while, My partner has the same days off as I do which means even if I'm not in work I'm not really getting me time and lockdown things and a lodger moving into the spare room means that I've just not been getting alone time...
                        I feel like if I went back to the gym that might help with that issue, but then my friend would also want to start going again so is it really alone time? idk I'm an introvert, I like people but I don't like being around people all the time, it's draining and it's like the only time I get to be alone is when I'm asleep
                        I need to change something because this isn't how I want things to be, it's just hard to change habits and routines, everything feels all upsidedown atm
                        I'll think about it some more when it gets to the 31st, and really think about what I want to be doing...

                          2020 notes and why I've been gone: 2020 has been a hellish year, the last half of the year my grandad passed away, and then I allowed myself to fall out of working out(whih I'm sure many will say it's understandable given the circumstances), the day I was wondering about betting back into working out to try to help boost my mood, I hurt my ankle at work and needed to completely rest it for 2 weeks before I was able to even go back to work. I was told I should rest it completely for 6 weeks, but 2 weeks was the minimum, and I needed to get back to work so that slowed down the healing process for my ankle. So around 2.5 months later here I am.
                          Then every attempt at a standard Darebee warm up would hurt my ankle in the last couple of weeks, so I just stopped at the first hurdle. but enough is enough, I can't keep putting it off if it hurts then I need to do the ankle physio stretches and exercises every day properly instead of half-arsing it


                          New Goals: better general fitness, I don't feel like I need to lose any weight at this point, just hopefully change it to some more muscle mass, but I'm going to work it up, and maybe do harder versions of the exercises in the Square 1 programme.

                          Quick Warm-Up - some ankle pain during the half-jacks, but enough to push through, feels more like a "my muscles aren't built up enough for this" type of pain now though, so doing at least a daily warm-up should help that hopefully

                          day 1 I actually don't have any normal chairs so I just did standard versions of the exercises show on the programme
                          Completed 5 sets with 30-50s break between

                          Finished off with some light stretching
                          Tomorrow, I'll probably use my 0.5kg weights for some light resistance on my workout.

                            2nd day back, and I'm feeling achy, it's as if all the work I've done last year was wasted

                            Quick-warmup - my calves are burning more today than yesterday from this alone, :/

                            Square 1
                            Day 2 (level 2) done, I feel a slight ache from the exercises, but it doesn't feel like a "workout", still going to have some creatine, after the way I work up feeling like my muscles where dying off when I woke up today,

                            no additional stretches today, ther than a few light stretches that I'll d before I set off to work.

                              completed to level 3
                              felt pretty relaxed for this, I'm less achy than I was yesterday, I think having more bananas will probably help the cramping in my leg I had the other day, and having less salty foods.
                              I've still been eating maccies at work (but I work there and get a free meal, so it's hard to make good financial and good health choices, I do sometimes take food in and just grab a side salad on my breaks though, which I think helps me to just feel better overall, veggies are good man, might take some carrots into work with me for something to munch when I'm in need of a snack, on shift

                                Aching today, but nothing too bad, tensing my muscles while doing these makes me feel like I'm doing more, even if the actions are pretty easy and simple
                                Quick Warm-up
                                Square 1. day 4 nice and easy to do today, except I still hate squats, I hurt for days after doing those, everything else is fine, just squats are awful :'(
