        PS: keep on going, you're doing great!! How's IRONBORN?? Do you feel it? The dumbbells? It may be too much with everyday boxing.... .........and running ....hmmm......hope you have enough rest And 😁👍🔥🥊👊☠

                Miss_Dada Well... I sure don't know what to say...⁉️☠☠☠

                I did the ORC WORKOUT yesterday
                I only did the same as you LEVEL I (only 3 sets)
                I found many things that I enjoyed and liked about this workout you suggested

                ~I liked the "Split Squats", just what I am needing to practice for the Squat like a Bulgarian [Official Challenge], which I am planning on going back to do

                ~The "Pike Shoulder Press" and all three other push-up exercises "Wide, Normal, and Close" are great because I am currently doing the push-up ladder and extra push-ups never hurt progress... maybe a little sore!

                ~The "Leg Hold" is also great for strengthening and building my arm strength, for doing the push-ups I just mentioned and 💥💫SMASHING B.O.B.'s face for the We are fighting cancer... (challenge)

                ~I also liked the "Towel Bicep Curl" as I have previously done this exercise building Bicep muscle, which I think is a great exercise for doing this (No Weights Necessary)!
