        I have decided the *Foundation Light Program is an excellent choice for beginning my exercise routine with DAREBEE, which I will be starting tomorrow morning.
        (I have already started a running routine, which has prompted me to become more physically fit and led me to discover the DAREBEE website)

        I am extremely excited that I found the DAREBEE website and I am extremely grateful for all the wonderful information provided, including feeling welcomed and a part of a supporting community. I thank the DAREBEE community members who have already shared their encouragement by their comment (Lupus Sheol), page likes (Cowtownbaldie, CaptainCanuck, & photon), and page views (18 so far)!

          That’s 21 more push-ups than I can do!

          Good luck on your fitness journey!

              Great Start!

              I started my exercise with a stretch and a 5.25 mi run this morning at 6 AM.

              I began the Foundation Light program today. I felt the program easy, so I decided to incorporate the Foundation & Fighter's Codex program into my workout as well. Both the Foundation Light and Foundation programs are great for me to begin with, as I feel doing them both back to back is a good stretching start to my daily exercise. The Fighter's Codex is a good way for me to learn fighting/defensive fighting/martial arts techniques. I am interested in learning the individual movements taught in the Fighter's Codex program. What really caught my attention about this programs description was at the end where it states, "Those who go through it get to meet their badass self on the other side of the 30 days.". I also decided I would attempt the Workout of the Day and DAILYDARE after completing my daily three program circuit of Foundation Light, Foundation, and Fighter's Codex. I completed all five of these this morning. The Fighter's Codex was getting tough on the last circuit and I had a little bit of difficulty understanding the exact difference between the "Turning Kick" and "Side Kick" movement. I also wasn't sure if I am to use my dominate or preferred kicking leg, the one I feel more comfortable using which is my right, continuously during the exercises. So, because I was having difficulty with these two I decided to alternate kicking legs, right for "Turning Kick" and left for "Side Kick". I'm sure I will learn the difference between the two to properly execute each movement. I viewed all the videos provided on the DAREBEE website for each program exercise, including the Workout of the Day and DAILYDARE. Today's DAILYDARE, 40 crunches, was also tough for me to complete, especially going for the extra credit of doing them all in one go keeping my arms up!

              Whew!!!

              Thanks for the encouragement LizardFriend95 , (your now in my head!) and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
              &
              Thank you Lupus Sheol for welcoming me, I feel at home!
              &
              Thanks for the new likes LongSlowBurn & Miss_Dada, which is always going to be a big part in fueling my confidence to complete my daily workout programs and exercises!

                Awesome!

                I completed my entire exercise workout routine today, starting off with a 5 mile run, next knocking out all three DAREBEE programs Foundation Light, Foundation, and Fighters Codex, and finally ending with completing the Workout of the Day - Abs of Steel and DAILYDARE - 2 minutes of overhead clench/unclench. I tried going for the extra credit. My forearms just couldn't complete this exercise all in one go so I had to split this one up in two one minutes.

                I'm feeling good and excited for day 3

                  Re: your question,,which leg to choose,, = it's recommended to change sides in the middle, so you train both sides of your body. Maybe, it would be helpful to take a look at

                        3rd Day really feeling it...

                        ... really feeling all the support and inspiration from the DAREBEE community... ... and the sweat during these workouts!

                        Honestly, today was a little tough to push through and just thinking of all the DAREBEE members kind words already posted on my feed gave me the boost I needed to complete all my program exercises;
                        Foundation Light
                        Foundation
                        Fighter's Codex
                        &
                        WORKOUT OF THE DAY - Lioness
                        DAILYDARE - 2 Minute Squat Hold Punches

                        I also got in a 6.9 mile run/jog this morning before the exercises. I'm working on getting in a Half Marathon by the end of the month. So far, my best PR is 11.3 miles.

                        Once again thank you to all who have inspired me and welcomed me, which can never be to late WSMC27 & hc0381. I will make sure I make it a point to do the same with new members and pass on the spirit!

                          I have been thinking of your message about our three commonalities;

                          FIGHTER: I have always been fighting something or another like struggling to better myself intellectually and physically and the System or the Machine, sometimes even stupid computer machines and possibly maybe even smart A.I. machines sometime in the future. I like being sufficient and I admire the quality of being able to hold their own in anyone, but of course with knowledge comes wisdom and recognizing friendship and comradery eases the true struggle of the human condition.

                          BIRTHDAY: To begin with I must say that I hate starting any relationship built on a lies and deception. The reason I state that is because for one it is true for me and two once I looked at you profile and noticed your birthday is June 16th I immediately felt as though I had given a false birthday for myself as mine is June 17th. I went to my profile to correct this problem changing the day from the 16th to 17th and noticed I had input the day in correct, 17. As the current error between my profile edit screen and saved profile screen is my birthday is displaying -1 day from the input day. I can only guess for whatever the glitch/computer problem is, changing the input from the current correct day on the edit screen from 17 to 18 might display my actual, factual correct birthday on my profile page for all the DAREBEE community to see. It is very important for me to represent myself as correct and truthful as possible. Although an online forum community is far from any in person relationship I felt the need to divulge this tid-bit of information. I also decided to not change the day on the edit page as I was truthful to begin with inputting my correct birthday, keeping this commonality intact. (+ I don't want to fight the stupid computer machine on this one!)

                          TIME TRAVELLER: Well IDK how long it as taken my to get all the first two commonality described with enough detail to convey enough information, They both have taken at least a little TIME TRAVELING, and it's all well worth it!

                          You have acquired a lot of badges and accomplished a lot since starting your journey here on DAREBEE and are an inspiration, thanks for all your encouraging words and being my friend here on DAREBEE.

                              Completed all my workouts today with "a little help(er)", my 12 year old nephew Evan!

                              Morning Run = 7.59 mi
                              Foundation Light = Level I
                              Foundation = Level I
                              Fighter's Codex = Van Damme Tribute Stretching
                              WORKOUT OF THE DAY = Arm's and Back
                              DAILYDARE +EC = 30 Single Leg Bridges

                              I ran with Evan after my run, not very far but and a few stops but he crossed the finish. He then completed the Foundation Light program, 60 hamstring stretches and 2 minute side split for the Fighter's Codex - Van Damme Tribute Stretching, and the WORKOUT OF THE DAY - Arm's and Back!
                              A+ Evan

                              I hope everyone has a good, great, wonderful, fantastic, super, awesome day!
                              Thanks for the info Miss_Dada
