        JCU Thank you!! Our oldest dog loves babies of any kind. When my cat had kittens he thought they were his! We have to watch him because he likes to nibble on them. My pug is the biggest dog we have (my brother has what’s supposed to be a rat terrier/chihuahua mix and we have what we believe to be a dachshund mix. The rest are chihuahuas). Rolo’s loud but not aggressive. He only shows any aggression when he tries to protect me. If you scratch his “butt” (the area above his tail) he will love you forever . We don’t have any toys for a baby that age (he’s about 1 and a half now) and he was climbing all over everything. We have this game that’s a little basketball hoop and basketball inside a ball, and you try to make baskets. It doesn’t light up anymore, but we thought it would be a nice distraction regardless. The only thing that worried us was the fact that it was a ball and Rolo will zero in on it. There were plenty of people around so we would have caught him in time but he didn’t react when he saw them, which was surprising!

        A fun little fact about his ball obsession? Where we used to live, our front yard was larger than our backyard. Rolo had all kinds of balls outside that we bought him, and every time he saw a car coming he’d start pushing the ball around to show off.

          Weekend!! No chores so I have a couple days of rest before everything starts back up again. I won’t be playing catch up anymore, so hopefully I can manage some yoga. I thought about picking up my challenges, but it’s been almost a week. Restarting it now doesn’t feel right, either. I found a Blogilates 14-Day Workout Plan that I might try to do so I have some structure. I’ll probably rearrange the days, though.

          My mood old has been fluctuating. I feel absolutely fine in the mornings, but towards the evening I start to feel a little down. It only lasts for a little while and has only happened two times. Most likely it’s just the shock/stress of what happened. I might try to move chores around to lighten my load a little bit.

                I try to weigh myself every Sunday morning but I forgot last week. Only gained 2 ounces in that time. Bunny, my sweet little cat, likes to sit on the scale. I managed to get it ready before she climbed on. She weighs 8.6 or 8.9 pounds. I can’t remember what the last number was!

                It was my nephews birthday! He’s 16 now!! How did this happen?!?! And he’s so tall now. When he was a little ankle biter, around five years old, my mom, aunt, nephew, and I went shopping. My mom and I walked off and left him beside my aunt. We hear “wait for shorty!” and turned around to see him bent over and running at us. Now we’re shorty!

                My sister is looking to get a fitness tracker. She can’t decide if she wants one like mine or one with a round face. We both prefer smaller, less bulky styles, but she says she thinks she’d have trouble seeing a smaller screen. My nephew just does not understand why we want fitness trackers because we have a phone and “the phone does everything the trackers does.” I tried to explain that even though we can check heart rate on our phones, my watch tracks it continuously. And it tracks my sleep, which the phone does not do. Not to mention the ease of starting and stopping my workouts. He just looked at us like we were crazy. Kids.

                Managed to get a workout in! Ab day. I was worried that I’d lost what (little) core strength I had, so I brought down my ab arch. I tested without it and I still had some strength! I probably should have still used it because it was a little difficult holding myself up. I had some neck strain, too. Next time I’ll learn... I had to modify the L-Crunches. It was hard to keep my leg up. I ended up having one leg bent and on tip toe and the other straight out. The criss crosses were difficult so the second round I changed them to bicycles. I couldn’t do more than two rounds of this, but it got done!

                I've been debating recently whether or not I should get an instagram, purely for fitness/language learning purposes. I don’t necessarily want social media in my life. But doing the 14-Day Quarantine Workout Plan, with her linked demos going to Instagram, I’ve just been wondering if it would be convenient...

                    Get Instagram if you're only going to be using it for maybe one specific purpose. My phone stopped, for some reason, accepting photos, so I got my mum to send them to me on Instagram. That's the only thing I use it for - photos from my mum. If you have that one specific purpose, use it for that, and not for "social media" purposes.

                        For me, Instagram is for Liam. I follow a bunch of people, but rarely are they anything but animals. I know social media can cause anxiety and frustration, but keep it careful and you can control a whole lot!

                        Also, teens! They know everything about everything, don't they?

                              CODawn She is. For whatever reason, she thinks it’s cuddle time when I’m brushing my teeth. I’ll catch her looking at me in the mirror just waiting for me to notice her.

                                JCU The bad thing is it didn’t start causing anxiety for me until about 5 years ago . I’ve never really posted on anything. This is honestly the most social I’ve been on any site. Facebook in the beginning was only for me to keep in touch with family that lived out of state, then friends joined and that kind of went out the window. I hardly check it anymore, except for family tree purposes. I even ended up unfriending a lot of people recently (spurred by a post that really rubbed me the wrong way that I fumed over for freaking days) and deactivated it for a while. Until my cousin wanted me to join a Facebook group for DNA matches that turned out to be on her mother’s side and not related to me at all.

                                I definitely don’t intend to follow any family members on Instagram should I get it, which should make a big difference .
