        I’ve decided to start using sun salutations as a warm up. I used to try to do them in the morning before breakfast, but I haven’t been able to do that in a while.

        Fighting Fit was a little rough. I had to cut the workout short at the end, because mountain climbers just weren’t happening.

          I used the sun salutation for some time both as a warm up and as a stretching at the end of the workout and I was fine
          Instead I have never felt comfortable using it as soon as I wake up, I prefer the Five Tibetan Rites as awakening

            Fremen I liked doing it first thing. I think it made me feel more alert. I had it in my head for so long that I should do it first thing but I could never do it consistently, and I’m just now getting out of that thought. I like it so far.

            As for the Five Rites, I looked at it and contemplated doing it, but those table stretches . One day, though.

                I feel mostly back to normal and I don’t feel bad when exercising, but by the end of it, I’m so worn out I can’t imagine trying to do more yoga. Good thing I’m doing sun salutations .

                That Blogilates video. My arms were burning! I would have stopped there but in my FitOn daily fix there was an arm workout. It’s not often that these match up with the calendar, so I wanted to do the video. Dumbbells were shown in the thumbnail but I decided not to use them because my arms were already tired. This was too easy. I did the video again, this time with 3-pound weights. Still easy, but nice. This might be something I’ll do while using the vibration machine.

                I forgot to do the daily dare. I was going to do it later in the day, along with belly dancing (maybe we should make a thread for this?) but it was hot in the house. I didn’t do my moon salutations or nighttime stretches for the same reason.

                Twice this week, my brother has gone to Dutch Bros, got a giant iced coffee, and didn’t finish it. He gives me what’s left, which is about a cup. I usually don’t drink more than one cup of coffee a day, but every so often I will. He also told me about an iced coffee maker he saw at his job. He took a picture and I looked it up. I was expecting some sort of cold brew thing but it just brews hot coffee. You can do that with a normal machine. Not even worth it.

                  Poor speed again. I chose a short belly dance tutorial, but it was difficult. I’m going to have to adjust how I do these. Maybe go through the video once and then practice without the video. It’s hard when you’re trying to do what they say at your pace, but you seem them gong at their pace.                     Those up down planks threw me off a little! I’d seen them when looking at the challenge, but I completely forgot about them. They were difficult. I tried to do side planks. They were not happening. Now for the Blogilates calendar. I already knew there was no way I could do a thirty minute video, so I skipped to the short ones. I regretted everything immediately. My legs were shaking so bad! I tried to push through the best I could. A lot of the moves were done that well or that much. At least I got some cardio after it. I had planned on doing another belly dance video but I didn’t want to push it too much.

                    Aunt got into SVU last night. The reason I got into it was because it would be on in the mornings on the days we go out to lunch. I guess she never really paid attention before.

                      Not a good day yesterday at all. My arms are so sore. Something health related (not mine) came up that I’m not going to get too much into yet. This did lead me to have a giant anxiety attack in the grocery store. Needless to say, I’m physically and emotionally exhausted today. Didn’t exercise yesterday. My planned push ups program will not be happening anytime soon. I’m going to try to keep up with my challenges, but I’m not sure if I can even manage that at the moment. I’m just going to have to take it one day at a time and see.
